3. What are the system requirements for the software?

   • As long as you can use any other social media on your computer, you can also use the Grant Suite Web App!

4. Can I print generated grant application letters directly on the system?

   • Yes, you can! Generated application letters can be printed directly on your browser or downloaded to be used at a later time.

5. How can I reset my password?

   • On the login page, click the forgot password link.

   • Enter your email address to get a link to reset your password.

   • Once the reset is complete you can now access your account with your new password!

6. How can I update my personal information on my account?

   • First, you need to be logged in to your account to update your personal information.
