How To Edit Your Personal & Organization Information

In this blog post, we will guide you through the process of editing your personal and organization information within the Grant Suite software. When you initially register and set up your account, you are asked to provide some details about yourself and your organization. However, there may come a time when you need to update this information, such as your address or organization details. Let's walk through the steps together.

Step 1: Accessing Your Profile

To get started, locate the left panel navigator on the interface and click on your profile. You will find it on the side of the screen and click manage profile.



Step 2: Managing Your Profile

Within your profile, you will see various fields displaying your information. Here, you have the flexibility to make changes to your password, name, last name, address, and other relevant details. Additionally, at the bottom of the page, you have the option to add a new organization or edit the existing organization associated with your account.




Step 3: Saving Your Changes

Once you have made the necessary edits, simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the "Save" button. This will ensure that your updated information is saved successfully.

Once you have made the necessary changes, click on "Save" again to store the updated information.



Step 4: Future Grant Considerations

Upon saving your organization information, the software will prompt you with a question: "Would you like to use your new organization info for future grants?" You can select "Yes" or "No" based on your preference. This allows the system to utilize your updated organization details for any future grant applications
